What You’ll Do as an RN

• Monitor and assess high‑acuity residents, ensuring top‑quality care

• Observe and interpret symptoms; communicate changes to physicians and supervisors

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans

• Perform routine nursing procedures (vitals, injections, treatments, etc.)

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

• Maintain accurate documentation in PCC

• Ensure hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout the facility

• Provide immediate care in emergencies

• Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff

• Foster a compassionate, supportive environment for residents and families

• Continue professional growth through workshops and training opportunities

Qualifications

• Valid Georgia RN license

• Current CPR certification

• Strong communication, assessment, and critical‑thinking skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Commitment to high‑quality resident care
