Server
Javier's Downtown is seeking energetic, professional, and guest-focused Servers to join our front-of-house team. We are an upscale, high-volume restaurant known for premium steaks, fresh seafood, and elevated Latin and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy delivering exceptional service, and want to earn great income through hourly pay plus strong tips, we want to meet you.
Server Responsibilities
Provide attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service to all guests.
Guide guests through the menu, including food, wine, and cocktail recommendations.
Accurately take and enter orders while maintaining efficiency during busy service.
Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area.
Anticipate guest needs and provide a memorable dining experience from start to finish.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Handle payments and transactions accurately.
Qualifications
Previous serving experience in a restaurant setting preferred.
Fine dining or high-volume experience is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
