Pay: $18.00 plus tips

What you’ll be doing
- Oversee the day-to-day operations on the food truck.
- Plan for daily operations.
- Maintain required records, inventory, and income/expense.
- Ensure food truck staff members follow proper sanitation procedures.
- Ensure safety standards are maintained while food is being served.
- Respond to customer preferences and complaints.
- Maintain equipment including refrigerator, and prep table and cookware.
- Ensure customer dining experience is satisfactory.
- Expedite food.
- Hire and train employees.
- Deliver orders to appropriate customers.
- Direct the cleaning of the truck and commercial kitchen.
- Social Media posts/ responding.
- Booking events for the food truck.
- Apply and maintain all required permits for the food truck.
Skills you’ll bring along
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the culinary field or kitchen experience.
- Understanding food safety and sanitation. ServSafe Certification a plus.
- Proven ability and desire to provide an exceptional level of service to customers

- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, MS Excel)
Pay: $18.00 plus Tips
Job Type
- Full Time
- Monday-Saturday
- No Sunday
- Must be able to work standing for long periods of time
- Work rotating schedules including some evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
