We are Hiring a RN/LPN nurse at Wellington Place in Decorah, IA!

Do you have a passion for providing high-quality healthcare to the elderly? Wellington Place in Decorah, IA is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team on a part-time basis in our Memory Support. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our tenants and contribute to their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

Assess and monitor the health status of residents
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
Support and educate residents and their families on healthcare issues
Perform assessments, maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Qualifications:

Current RN or LPN license in the state of Iowa
Experience working with elderly populations preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
