Senior Program Account Manager

Overseeing high-profile client accounts, the full-time Senior Program Account Manager will manage client relationships, execute complex e-commerce and event-based programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior-level client stakeholders, facilitating strategic communications Oversee end-to-end execution of e-commerce and event-based programs, including project management and fulfillment Identify opportunities for revenue generation and client experience improvements, presenting actionable plans to stakeholders Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field 5+ years of experience in account management, particularly in e-commerce and retail operations Experience in the promotional products industry or a similar field is required; retail ops experience strongly preferred Expert project management and leadership skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Monday, Smartsheet, or similar tools)
