We are seeking dedicated CBRF Certified Staff to provide essential support and care within various residential facilities. The role involves floating between multiple locations that are in close proximity to one another.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to residents, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and medication management.
- Follow care plans and document resident progress and changes in condition.
- Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the quality of care provided.
- Engage residents in activities that promote their physical and emotional health.
Qualifications
- Current CBRF certification is required.
- Experience in a residential care setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to float between different locations as needed.
