Location: Livermore, CA

ABA SHINE is seeking a compassionate and dependable Female Behavior Technician (BT) to provide Behavior Respite (BR) support to a young adult in San Ramon.

The position will initially begin with weekend hours , with the potential for additional hours as the BT builds rapport and trust with the client and family .

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, attentive supervision and caregiver-relief support.
• Assist with daily living activities and routines as needed.
• Implement behavioral and safety strategies according to the client's support plan.
• Use a patient, compassionate, and proactive approach.
• Communicate professionally with the family and clinical team.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, caring, patient, and comfortable supporting a young adult with behavioral and daily living needs . ABA/RBT or experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is strongly preferred.
