This role is compensated using an activity-based payment plan to reward drivers for their commitment to delivering excellence and increase income based on individual efforts.

• Average Weekly Gross $1,413.46 Per Week

• Average Yearly Gross $73,500.00 Per Year

• CPM $0.57 - $0.60 Per Mile

• Detention Pay $15.00 Per Hour

• Holiday Pay $250.00 Per Day

• New Hire Training $250.00 Per Day

• Safety Training $20.00 Per Hour

• Stop Pay $43.00 - $44.00 Per Stop
