Non-CDL Driver Position
Pro Disposal is hiring reliable, hardworking Non-CDL Drivers in Ebensburg, PA! If you're a safe driver who takes pride in a job well done and likes being active and out on the road, we want to hear from you.
Home every night — no long-haul driving. Full-time, steady work with a growing local company.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a non-CDL waste/recycling collection truck along assigned residential and/or commercial routes
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Provide dependable, courteous service to customers
- Follow all safety procedures and DOT regulations
- Report route issues or vehicle concerns to dispatch/management
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
- Comfortable with early morning start times and physical, outdoor work in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude
- Must be able to begin and end your day at our Ebensburg facility
- Prior driving or route experience a plus, but not required — we'll train the right candidate!
