Job Type Unclassified Department Recorder About The Position The Multimedia Producer creates engaging video, audio, and visual content that helps the Recorder’s Office connect with Maricopa County residents. As the department's primary videographer and photographer, you will capture key events, develop compelling stories, and produce multimedia content that enhances public understanding of our services, programs, and community outreach. About Us The Maricopa County Recorder's Office (MCRO) is responsible for recording all documents required by law and making them available for public record. MCRO oversees the voter registration process, documentation, and administration for the County’s approximately 2.5 million voters. It also plays a management role in overseeing early voting, all mail elections, and other election processes and administration. Duties may require travel to off‑site locations and exposure to outdoor elements during events, outreach activities, or filming. Some evening and weekend work may be required throughout the year based on departmental needs. The role requires the ability to lift objects from floor‑to‑waist up to 25 pounds and push or pull items up to 50 pounds, including multimedia equipment. Responsibilities include frequent analytical work and clear oral and written communication. The position requires a high level of integrity, confidentiality, accuracy, ethical conduct, and professionalism in all interactions.
