CNA/HHA/PCA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour

SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Norwell, MA. We are looking for dependable and compassionate caregivers who are ready to provide quality in-home care while enjoying flexible scheduling and reliable weekly pay.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment

• Follow the client’s care plan and daily routines

• Communicate changes in the client’s condition or needs to the appropriate team member

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
