Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions, aligned with department objectives.
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans using appropriate clinical techniques and tools.
- Provide therapy interventions following established treatment protocols and adapt as needed for patient progress.
- Develop and communicate individualized care and discharge plans to patients and the interdisciplinary team.
- Complete comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines.
- Supervise assigned assistants and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree; or foreign equivalent
- California Physical Therapy license to practice required
- EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) experience required
- CPR/BLS certification from an approved vendor required
- Two years of Physical Therapy experience preferred; inpatient/acute rehabilitation experience preferred
- Inpatient and acute rehab experience suitable for an inpatient setting; no outpatient experience required
