We are currently seeking passionate Per Diem Speech Therapists (ST) to join our Early Intervention and pediatric team in Delaware.

What You'll Do

As an Early Intervention ST, you will:

• Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style
• Empower caregivers with tools to support their child's development
• Deliver therapy in natural environments homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more
• Use electronic documentation for each visit
• Complete weekly scheduled visits

What We're Looking For

• Active Speech Therapist license in good standing
• Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care
