Youth Counselor

Job Duties

Provide direct care and supervision to youth in a residential setting, supporting their emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs. Build positive, trusting relationships while maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. Teach and model coping skills, life skills, and appropriate behaviors, and reinforce consistent expectations and boundaries. Collaborate with team members to support treatment goals and contribute to a supportive, youth-centered environment.
