Description Location: Salt Lake City, UT Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 pm – 12:30 am) Schedule: 9/80 with alternating Fridays off Pay: $34.00 Plus $2.00 Shift Differential Employment Type: Full-Time Steady work. Clean shop. No production line pressure. Overview LACO Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior TIG Welder / Fabricator to support precision stainless steel and aluminum fabrication for custom vacuum systems. This is not production welding. The role focuses on engineered, one-off and small-batch fabrication where fit, finish, and quality matter. You'll help weld & fabricate custom vacuum and leak testing systems used by leading organizations in aerospace, medical, automotive, and advanced technology industries. No direct assembly experience is required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
