Emergency Medicine Physician - Lafayette, TN

Overview For our client, we are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician - Lafayette, TN to join the team of a leader in the healthcare space. This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a healthcare environment. Location Lafayette, TN. US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available. Compensation $200,000 – $350,000 annually Responsibilities Provide bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility Document clinical assessments in real-time using proprietary EMR system Visit 2-3 facilities daily and treat 20-30 patients Participate in a six-month wound care fellowship during onboarding Qualifications Active MD or DO medical license in the desired state Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week Interest in advanced wound management Willingness to learn and utilize new clinical technologies Strong interpersonal and patient care skills Benefits Full health and retirement benefits Medical malpractice coverage with tail Mileage reimbursement Paid training and fellowship opportunities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
