We are committed to ensuring access to essential healthcare services for every member of our community, irrespective of financial status, living situation, or insurance coverage.Job Summary:Under the general supervision of the Chief Integration Officer and Chief Medical Officer, the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will provide essential mental health services to our diverse patient population. This position will diagnose, treat, and manage a range of mental health disorders, while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner participates in collaboration and consultation with the Psychiatrist, as determined by the Medical Director, and in accordance with their licensure and level of experience.Qualifications:Advanced Nurse Practitioner degree (MSN or DNP) from a recognized, accredited university.Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the provision of psychiatric services as a Nurse Practitioner. One to two years’ experience working in a primary care clinic setting is preferred.Current, valid, and unrestricted California licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner; NP 103 license/certification is preferred.Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification is required.Bilingual in English/Spanish and/or other languages is highly desirable.Ability to keep accurate, clear, and legible records.
