Guest Reception & Customer Service*** Greet and welcome guests warmly.* Introduce guests to their server and answer questions.* Handle guest complaints professionally.### **2. Seating & Flow Management*** Manage seating charts and strategically seat guests to balance server workload.* Monitor table status and coordinate turnover.* Maintain an organized waitlist and quote accurate wait times.### **3. Reservation & Communication Duties*** Manage reservations and phone inquiries.* Use reservation/waitlist software to track guest flow.* Communicate with kitchen and serving staff to coordinate service pace.### **4. Front‐of‐House Maintenance*** Keep the entrance, host stand, and dining area tidy.* Prepare menus and ensure they are clean and stocked.## **Skills Associated With the Hostess Job Function*** Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to multitask and work under pressure.* Organizational skills and attention to detail.* Customer‐service orientation.## **Sunday Availability is required.** #J-18808-Ljbffr
