Physical Therapist

$455.33/week - Job Summary: Provide specialized physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility, supporting their recovery and mobility goals. Deliver care aligned with regulatory standards to improve patient quality of life. Responsibilities: Assess residents’ physical functioning and develop personalized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to enhance mobility. Collaborate with healthcare team to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed. Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately. Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and facility policies. Educate residents and staff on therapeutic strategies and injury prevention. Qualifications: Hold a valid NY state license as a Physical Therapist. Possess prior experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Maintain current BLS certification. Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
