I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 20 years as a top-performing B2B sales professional before being recruited by State Farm. I'm an Ole Miss graduate, a proud mom of two little boys, and family is at the heart of everything I do. Giving back to the community is one of my passions. I'm actively involved with the Chamber of Commerce and am a strong supporter of children's education and literacy. Our agency regularly stocks local schools, police stations, and fire stations with coloring books for kids to help brighten their day. Jaime Garner - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
