DECAL Application Solution Architect (Salesforce)

Application Solution Architect Specializing in Salesforce Analyzes customer business needs and participates in the planning, design and implementation of new or enhanced systems. Supervises, guides, and/or instructs the work assignments of subordinate staff. Establishes standards and procedures. The Department of Early Care & Learning (DECL) is seeking an experienced Application Solution Architect specializing in Salesforce with expertise in integrating with state-level platforms, particularly the IES Gateway. This contract role focuses on designing and implementing scalable solutions that enable seamless integration between Salesforce and Georgia's Integrated Eligibility System (IES) Gateway. The ideal candidate will combine deep Salesforce expertise with strong knowledge of government systems integration, ensuring robust data interoperability for grant management and financial reporting workflows. Required/Desired Skills Salesforce architecture and development roles. - Required - 7 Years Experience with government system integrations. - Required - 2 Years Proven experience with state-level eligibility systems or similar platforms. - Required - 2 Years Knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and integration patterns. - Required - 5 Years Proficiency in integration technologies (MuleSoft, SOAP/REST APIs, middleware). - Required - 5 Years Deep understanding of government eligibility systems and grant management processes. - Required - 5 Years Questions Absences greater than two weeks MUST be approved by CAI management in advance, and contact information must be provided to CAI so that the resource can be reached during his or her absence.
