HR Generalist

TSG – The Sheridan Group seeks an HR Generalist to support our Human Resources & Talent Management function in a dynamic printing media and public affairs environment. This role manages full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS data, and compliance while supporting performance management and culture initiatives. The HR Generalist will partner closely with leadership to refine HR processes, advise managers on employee relations, and support training and development.
