TravelNurseSource is working with GSK SOLUTIONS INC to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Concord, Massachusetts, 01742!

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced  MedSurg/Telemetry Registered Nurse  for a 13-week travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have strong telemetry and neuro experience and be comfortable caring for a diverse adult patient population in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to MedSurg and Telemetry patients
• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry rhythms
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Monitor neurological status and recognize changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and patient safety standards
• Float to similar units as needed

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN License
• Current BLS Certification (AHA or ARC)
• Minimum 3 Years of Recent MedSurg/Telemetry Experience
• Strong Telemetry Experience Required
• Strong Neuro Experience Required
• Travel Experience Required
• Meditech Experience Preferred
• Must successfully complete Telemetry Test during Orientation
