You will ensure tasks are completed efficiently, safely and to quality standards. The crew leader is responsible for directing the team to ensure high quality lawn/ grounds maintenance tasks, as well as maintaining associated equipment, paperwork, tools, and materials as necessary. Your people skills will come in handy as the leader of the crew and will help you to maintain a fantastic professional relationship with your fellow SOAR365 team members.
