Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Build loyalty by ensuring customers have a positive final touchpoint during the IKEA shopping experience. Provide an efficient and accurate checkout experience in various areas of the store. Offer additional products and services such as home delivery, credit card, and IKEA Family card. Resolve customer concerns independently to meet their unique needs and expectations. Provide friendly, safe, and efficient car loading and unloading services. Working with the Team We are a diverse group of people who work together to protect and strengthen the IKEA brand through risk management, data protection, compliance, business operations, health and safety. Our team strives to keep assets, co‑workers, visitors, and customers safe. Job Details Job Type: Part time (12–19 hours per week) Hours: Hourly role; retail environment. Must have open availability Monday through Sunday.
