Agile scrum team mentoring skills for developers, attention to detail and constructive attitude in code/design reviews.Demonstrate quick technical learning agility, strong work ethic, and strategic thinker.Comfortable leading teams through change when consuming latest technologies or development practices. Strong soft skills to help bring organizational change.Strong understanding of web services/application design to support continuous delivery practices (SOA/REST).Skills Needed:Strong Java programming experience: Java, J2EE, Spring, Web services-RESTful, JSON, Spring Boot, Spring Security, micro services, Junit, JavaScript (min. 4 years)Javascript framework experience (React, Anjular, VueJS, Ember)1 year of technical depth and breadth with Oracle Insurance Policy Administration Solution and Behavior-Driven Development/Automation Testing.Strong understanding of: Oracle Rules Palette, OIPA Configuration, Using OIPA extension functionality to integrate with enterprise capabilities.Life Insurance and Annuity product experience.Behaviour driven development (BDD) using Cucumber-JVM\JBehave\ Serenity RSA or Eclipse IDE (min. 1 year)Spring/Spring MVC (min. 6 months)Maven (min. 1 year)Jenkins/Hudson (min. 1 year)REST services (min. 1 year)SOAP Web services (min. 1 year)JUnit with EasyMock and/or PowerMock (min. 1 year)CRUD operations using DB2 (min. 1 year)JMS work with Middleware applications like WebSphere MQ (min. 6 months)Exposure to Equisoft Rules Studio.Used SOAP UI tool for service operation testing.UMLSeleniumSupporting production applicationsDegree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experienceThis is a full-time salaried position with a group company within NTT DATA.
