Infusion Registered Nurse

Job Description Our healthcare client is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to join its outpatient infusion team. This role is responsible for safely administering infusion therapies while delivering exceptional, patient-centered care to oncology patients in a fast-paced clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Administer IV infusions including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, biologics, hydration, and supportive medications per physician orders and established protocols Perform comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after infusion treatments, monitoring for adverse reactions and responding appropriately Establish and maintain venous access, including peripheral IV insertions and care of central lines/ports Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, potential side effects, and post-infusion care Accurately document all nursing care, medications, and patient responses in the EMR in real time Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, and clinic staff to coordinate safe and effective care Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant infusion area following safety, infection control, and regulatory standards Participate in emergency response procedures and provide high-level nursing judgment when patient conditions change We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
