Role Overview

In this role, we are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of call per day and focusing on closing sales to meet exceed monthly targets set by the company.

Responsibilities

-Answering inbound telephone call and making outbound call (Averaging 150 Call per day)

-Identify/ schedule qualified prospects for a consultation,

-Provide Prospect with detailed information about all dental procedure( Implant/Veneers)

-Develop and maintain strong relationship with costumer to ensure high levels of costumer satisfaction.

- Accurately enter all data about prospect's information.

- Online chat with prospect's including but no limited to social media Platforms sus Instagram and Facebook

- Manage Follow up process by reaching out to potential patient who have already expressed and interest in 305 Dentistry

-Send information packets to scheduled prospect prior to the first visits.

Qualifications:

- Superior Sales Skills over the phone .

- Strong communication and rapport building skills

- Self motivation, drive and initiative.

-Able to educate costumers on products and services.

- Excellent Interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a stressful environment and maintain a pleasant demeanor.

-Advance oral and written communication skills.

- Dental knowledge ( Required)

- Strong organization skills

-Must be a team player

- Basic Computer skills

- Minimum 2 years experience working in a DENTAL office is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week

Weekly day Range:

-Monday to Friday

-Weekends as needed

Work Location : In person
