Job Description

As a Security Officer Spanish Speaking Patrol in Santa Teresa, NM , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic automotive location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help to deter incidents, and support access control operations. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while helping maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and operations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing and logistics location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, parking lots, access points, shipping and receiving areas, and the property perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, employee, and contractor authorization in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Report maintenance concerns, hazards, unusual conditions, and security-related incidents to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Have access control or badge experience, preferred.
• Have customer service experience, preferred.
• Possess a guard card or license, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
