Junior Operations Manager - TS Clearance

Responsible for overseeing and managing operational activities within the DCSA program, ensuring efficient execution to support organizational goals. Coordinates with IT, logistics, security, and other stakeholders to optimize operations, ensure compliance with DCSA policies, and drive continuous improvement. What We Expect of You Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Proven ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies and strong leadership skills. Deep understanding of operational principles. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Relevant certifications (e.g., COM, PMP), is a plus. Familiarity with the DCSA IT environment and policies, is a plus. Pay range: $75,000 - $85,000 depending on experience and skill set.
