We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Maintenance Mechanic /Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our production team.If you enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and learning how machinery operates,this is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in industrial maintenance. You'll workalongside experienced team members to keep our production equipment operating safely andefficiently while gaining valuable hands-on experience with manufacturing machinery, electricalsystems, and automation equipment.What You'll DoIn this role, you'll help maintain and repair production equipment to ensure smooth operationsthroughout our facility. You'll troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventivemaintenance, and work closely with machine operators to minimize downtime and maximizeproductivity.Your responsibilities will include:● Performing routine maintenance and inspections on production equipment.● Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and conveyor systems.● Identifying equipment issues and implementing corrective actions.● Assisting with machine setup, adjustments, and operational support.● Responding to equipment breakdowns and production interruptions.● Helping maintain a safe and organized work environment.● Supporting continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and reliability.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking someone with a strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys problem-solving andtakes pride in keeping equipment running at its best.
