We are a local moving company located in Fairfax, VA, and we are looking to hire a driver to our team. 

PAY:
-*Starts at $20.50 per hour base + tips + incentives

-$3-4 per hour additional pay if you receive a 5-star review

-$3-4 per hour additional pay if your crew does 10 consecutive moves without damages or major complaints

PAY PERIODS:
-We pay our employees weekly. Pay periods begin on Saturday, end the following Friday. Bonuses and incentive pay are added to each paycheck.

EXPERIENCE NECESSARY?
-Experience is preferred but not required (must have a valid drivers license)

-Extra Pay:
From tips, to review bonuses, to the good mover program, employees can earn an additional $4 per hour more than their base pay, plus tips. Employees can earn up to $2 per hour for jobs where they receive a 5-star review, and employees can earn up to $2 per hour more with the good mover program, and the criteria for that isn’t even hard to reach!

As much fun as being a mover is, we understand that everyone might not want to be a mover their entire life. The good news is, we promote our best movers to staff members. Whether it’s a salesperson, dispatch manager, or someone to travel for 6 months and open a new Monumental Movers location, we ALWAYS look at our movers for the positions. We prefer to have someone who already knows how we operate instead of bringing someone in from the outside. In a small, fast-growing company, the opportunities for individual growth are endless. When you work for a large company, it’s nearly impossible to climb up the ranks, not here!
