Clarity Clinic is an interdisciplinary private practice bringing together Psychiatrists, Advanced Practice Providers (PAs, NPs), Psychologists, and Therapists. We offer a broad range of specialties and treatment approaches — including medication management, psychological assessment, and psychotherapy — to support people wherever they are in life. We are searching for passionate Clinical Therapists (MA/MSW/LSW/LPC/AMFT) to join our team of highly skilled clinicians. Our staff of Psychiatrists, Physician Assistants and Psychotherapists offer the latest medication and therapy treatment, as we help guide our clients towards mental wellness. Clarity offers administrative, billing and marketing support so that our clinicians have a consistent caseload, ensuring our providers are focused on their greatest priority...helping their clients move forward in life! We are partnered with the following In-Network Insurance providers: Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, United Healthcare and we accept self-pay clients. Provide evidence‑based therapy sessions to a variety of populations from children/adolescents to adults, offering exceptional client care Manage a caseload of 12‑24+ attended client sessions per week (part‑time/ full‑time option) Ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner Have oversight of assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals/plan consistent with clinical and administrative policies and procedures Participate in organizational trainings and professional development Model Clarity Clinic's mission, vision, and values and consistently follow company policies, procedures, and Standards of Conduct Perks and Benefits: Compensation: Partially Licensed:$35‑50/per hour commensurate to years of experience & licensure Part Time (12hrs+) or Full Time (24+ attended sessions requirement).
