Senior Global Compensation Partner

Proofpoint

Proofpoint is seeking a Senior Compensation Business Partner to align compensation practices with business priorities, market benchmarks, and internal equity. You will partner with People Strategy Partners and business leaders to deliver data-driven insights, scalable frameworks, and impactful compensation solutions. The role requires onsite presence four days per week, with a lunch stipend and opportunities to participate in onsite events.
