Staff Accountant

Job Description:

Perform daily bank reconciliations
Post journal entries and prepare monthly/annual financial statements for multiple entities
Process payable and reconcile GL accounts
Import monthly remittance reports to the company’s asset management system and ensure accuracy of all loadings
Assist with portfolio reconciliations and reporting
Assist with tax return and other filings
Assist with ad-hoc and other administrative/accounting related tasks

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related fields
Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook and Word
Accounting internship experience preferred
Detailed-oriented and organized
Excellent communication skills and ability to complete tasks in a timely manner

Employment Type: Full Time
Years Experience: 1 - 3 years
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 Annual
Bonus/Commission: No
