Part-Time | $19–$24/hour | Paid Training

USA Ninja Challenge Dublin is looking for energetic, dependable people who love working with kids and want to make a positive impact.

No ninja experience required. We train you.

We're looking for people with positive energy, strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to connect with children.

Former athletes, college students, camp counselors, teachers, childcare professionals, fitness enthusiasts, and youth-sports coaches are encouraged to apply.

Start as a Coach-in-Training

Candidates with strong potential but limited coaching experience may begin as a Coach-in-Training at approximately $19–$20/hour .

You'll work alongside experienced coaches while learning:

• Obstacle technique and safety
• Athlete spotting
• Class structure
• Group management
• Skill demonstrations
• Athlete engagement
• Our coaching curriculum

Once you demonstrate that you can safely and confidently lead athletes independently, you can advance to our Coach level.

Become a Youth Ninja Coach

Approximately $21–$24/hour depending on experience and demonstrated ability.

Coaches:

• Lead groups of children ages 4–17
• Teach obstacle skills and techniques
• Demonstrate movements
• Keep athletes active and engaged
• Maintain a safe and structured environment
• Encourage kids through challenges
• Follow class curriculum
• Support athlete development
• Communicate professionally with parents
• Help keep the gym safe, clean, and organized
• Support camps, parties, and special programs

Previous coaching experience is preferred but not required .

Relevant experience may include sports, camps, childcare, education, gymnastics, martial arts, parkour, climbing, fitness, kinesiology, recreation, or similar activities.

Schedule

Most shifts are:

• Weekday afternoons/evenings
• Saturdays
• Sundays
• School holidays

You do not need to be available every day, but we are looking for coaches who can commit to a consistent weekly schedule.

Additional hours may be available through camps, birthday parties, special events, and other programs.
