The Role

nywre's robots combine perception, plnning, controls, hrwre, opertions, n cstomer workflows. We re seeking Technicl Progrm Mnger, Robotics to rive the integrte exection of or highest-priority robotics progrms cross concept evelopment, prototyping, vlition, proction/NPI, n cstomer eployment.

Yo will trn priorities into exectble cross-tem plns, mnge elivery risks, n inflence treoffs cross scope, resorces, schele, n cstomer nees.

Project owners own their eliverbles, while tem les own technicl elivery n people mngement. Yo own overll progrm lignment, visibility, n follow-throgh. This role will report irectly to the CTO.

Wht yo'll o

• rive mltiple concrrent robotics progrms cross softwre n hrwre evelopment, from concept throgh vlition, proction/NPI, n eployment.
• rive exection with owners n tem les by trcking commitments n ensring risks, blockers, n scope chnges re srfce n resse before milestones re ffecte.
• Inflence progrm treoffs cross technicl scope, relibility, schele, resorces, cost, n cstomer priorities, fcilitting timely ecisions withot tking technicl ownership wy from engineering les.
• rive eployment reiness n otcomes by connecting fiel reqirements to evelopment plns n coorinting engineering, testing, opertions, n cstomer-fcing tems throgh cceptnce n stbiliztion.
• Resolve cross-fnctionl gps by mking ownership n next steps explicit when isses spn softwre, hrwre, testing, eployment, or opertions.
• Improve plnning n commniction with t sing elivery history, engineering bnwith, KPIs, n risk trens to spport relistic romp commitments n concise leership ptes.

Reqire Skills

• 3+ yers of technicl or engineering progrm mngement experience elivering work cross mltiple tems.
• 2+ yers of hns-on engineering experience biling, integrting, testing, or ebgging complex hrwre-softwre procts.
• Experiences biling n mnging integrte progrm plns covering scope, milestones, criticl pths, bgets, resorce nees, epenencies, cceptnce criteri, n recovery ctions.
• Strong skills in integrte scheling, criticl pths, bgeting, resorce plnning, risk mngement, n milestone efinition.
• bility to inflence ecisions, clrify ownership, n rive exection withot forml thority.
• Strong commniction n experience with Jir, Conflence, or comprble tools.
• Comfortble working onsite with engineering tems n physicl robots.

Nice to hve

• Robotics, tonomos systems, instril tomtion, or wrehose tomtion experience.
• Experience with cstomer eployments or system cceptnce.
• Technicl egree in engineering, compter science, robotics, or relte fiel.

Why nywre

• Rel Impct: Yor work oes not stop t emo. Everything we bil ships to rel cstomer sites, where Pixmo is eploye in proction solving rel problems t scle. Yo will see yor contribtions rnning in proction, not sitting in lb.
• n + Tem: nywre Robotics is bilt by top tlent. Or tem hs collectively erne six Best Pper wrs n Finlist honors, incling the ICR 225 n ICR 224 Best Pper wrs.
• n + Robot: Pixmo won the MHI Best Innovtion wr t both ProMt 225 n MOEX 226, the two lrgest logistics tomtion shows in North meric. This is the first time in history robotics compny hs won this prestigios wr bck-to-bck. Pixmo lso erne 226 RBR5 Robotics Innovtion wr, nming it one of the 5 most innovtive robotics soltions globlly.
• Fst Growth: Yo will tke on rel ownership n rel responsibility from y one. With the tem obling every yer, there is plenty of room to step p n shine.
• Generos Eqity: Every tem member receives meningfl eqity. We wnt the people biling nywre to shre flly in wht we crete together.
