About the role

Mile Marker is seeking a Senior Planner, Biddable Media to join our growth-focused media team. This role is for a performance-driven professional who has mastered the technical mechanics of self-serve platforms and is ready to take more ownership of campaign strategy and client results.

You will sit at the intersection of execution and strategy—managing full-funnel biddable campaigns across Search, Social, and emerging Retail Media Networks. You are a bridge between the data and the "big picture," ensuring our tactical execution aligns perfectly with our clients' growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy

• Move beyond execution to help develop omnichannel media strategies. You will contribute to campaign forecasting and budget allocation across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.

• Manage the journey from Upper-Funnel awareness to Lower-Funnel conversion, ensuring messaging and bidding strategies are optimized for each stage.
\n
• Identify and propose A/B testing opportunities, from creative iterations to landing page optimizations and new platform betas .
\n

Campaign Implementation

• Lead the setup, launch, and daily management of campaigns across Search (Google/Bing) and Social (Meta/TikTok).
\n
• Begin to support and execute on Retail Media Networks (RMNs) such as Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, and Instacart.
\n
• Oversee daily budget pacing and KPI monitoring for multiple accounts, ensuring high standards of execution and precision.

Performance Optimization and Reporting

• Analyze front-end and KPI metrics (CPA, ROAS, CAC) to identify not just what happened, but why it happened.
\n
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives for internal and external stakeholders.
\n
• Assist in setting up tracking and attribution models to ensure accurate measurement of the customer journey.
\n

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing biddable media campaigns in an agency or high-growth brand environment.
\n
• Deep proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager is required.
\n
• A strong understanding of how to balance Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) performance goals with brand health objectives.
\n
• Experience (or a strong interest) in providing guidance to junior planners or interns to ensure executional excellence.
\n
• You instinctively "dig into the data" to solve problems and find efficiencies.
\n
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs). Familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Supermetrics is a plus.

• Strong presentation skills with the ability to remain calm and authoritative in client-facing environments.

• Current Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are highly preferred.

• Experience with Retail media is preferred
