Clinical Laboratory Scientist

DutiesHelpDetermine the suitability of specimen for analysis.Conduct quality control procedures on equipment, reagents and products.Review test reports and examinations prior to reporting to clinicians.Recognize and react to indicators of malfunction and implement corrections.Train incoming enlisted technicians in procedures and policies.Calibrate, standardize, adjust and maintain instruments and any instrument present in the section.Oversee the work of lower grade personnel in the various sections.
