Requirements / Qualifications CNA Certification required. Possess and maintain CPR/First Aid certification. Possess and maintain a valid California Driver’s License. Driving record must satisfy school insurance requirements, as well as district, state and other requirements for driver safety. Two recently written letters of recommendation are required.
