We supply labels to mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies, along with hometown and boutique businesses, in the US and around the world. We are seeking a highly motivated Flexographic Printing Press Operator to help us achieve our growth objectives and take us to the next level. Daily Responsibilities: Operate and maintain Nilpeter, Gallus, and/or Mark Andy printing press equipment Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed Perform routine maintenance on press equipment Follow job specifications to produce high-quality labels Ensure production deadlines are met Required Skills: Experience in flexographic printing press operations Ability to troubleshoot printing issues and perform maintenance tasks Knowledge of various printing techniques and technologies Strong attention to detail and quality control Schedule Available: Thursday-Saturday, 5am-5:15pm; OT as needed Salary and Benefits: This position offers a competitive wage range of $32 to $40 per hour, shift differential pay for nights and weekends, and a 3 day work schedule along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes short-term disability, long-term disability, paid time off, holiday pay, health & wellness programs, tuition reimbursement, and more.
