Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery unit within a large acute care hospital setting
• Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum care
• Operate and interpret fetal monitoring equipment in accordance with unit protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe outcomes for mothers and newborns
• Complete all required facility learning modules prior to the start of assignment
• Adhere to facility dress code: navy scrubs required

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license, verified within the last 30 days — no disciplinary actions on record
• Minimum of 24 months of Labor & Delivery experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active NRP certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active AFM (Auscultated Fetal Monitoring) certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• L&D skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
• Valid driver's license required to verify residency
• Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Experience in a large, high-volume acute care or hospital-based L&D setting
• Familiarity with high-acuity maternal and neonatal care scenarios
