DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Manager Customer and Vendor Master Operations.

Job Overview

The Manager Customer and Vendor Master Operations is a global role within the Supply Chain Services capability providing operational leadership and systems enablement to Global Supply Chain. Sitting within Supply Chain & Operations (SC&O) Systems this role owns the integrity governance and performance of customer and vendor master data and related operational processes that underpin planning manufacturinglogistics and distribution. This position plays a critical role in ensuring scalable compliant and efficient supply chain operations by aligning customer and vendor master operations with enterprise systems controls and transformationpriorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global Customer and Vendor Master Operations for Supply Chain ensuring accurate complete timely and policy-compliant creation and governance of customer and vendor records across SC&O systems.
• Own and continuously improve end-to-end customer and vendor master data processes including request intake validation approval creation change blocking deactivation and duplicate prevention that support supply chain execution and reporting.
• Partner with Commercial Procurement Finance Global Supply Chain Finance IT and Shared Services to translate align master data design with operational and business requirements into standardized customer and vendor data processes and rules.
• Serve as a key systems leader for customer and vendor master capabilities in ERP and adjacent systems supporting enhancements integrations data migrations testing and transformation initiatives.
• Maintain governance controls segregation-of-duties requirements standard operating procedures and evidence needed to support audit readiness privacy compliance and regulatory obligations.
• Lead coach and develop a global team and/or matrixed resources fostering a culture of accountability continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Monitor service levels throughput backlog performance and data quality metrics; address root causes and escalate complex customer or vendor master issues that affect business operations.
• Provide subject-matter expertise and decision support for customer and vendor master initiatives including data standardization process harmonization automation and lifecycle governance.

Qualifications

Education

• Required: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Finance Information Systems Data Management or a related field.
• Preferred: MBA or advanced degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Finance Information Systems or Data Management.

Experience and Skills

Required:

• 8-10 years of progressive experience in master data operations customer or vendor data management shared services supply chain procurement commercial operations finance operations or enterprise systems within a global organization.
• Demonstrated experience leading or governing customer and/or vendor master data and related processes in enterprise systems such as SAP or another ERP platform.
• Strong understanding of customer and vendor master data and its impact on order-to-cash procure-to-pay supply chain tax finance and regulatory processes.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional global stakeholders manage operational priorities and influence without direct authority.
• Experience improving standardized workflows service delivery data controls and performance metrics in a regulated environment.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting customer and vendor master data transformations ERP implementations or SAP S/4HANA Business Partner and Customer-Vendor Integration initiatives.

• Prior people management or matrix leadership experience in a global setting.

• Familiarity with medicaldevice life science or similarly regulated industries.

• Strong analytical problemsolving and change management skills.

Other:

• Language: Englishrequired;additionallanguages preferred in a global role.

• Travel: Up to 15% domestic and international travel.

• Certifications: SAP MDG data management process improvement supply chain or project management certification preferred.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

102000.00 - 204000.00 USD Annual

Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
