We are searching for a Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator (LNFA) who is resident & family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to build and lead a high‑performing team and culture. The primary purpose of this role is to oversee the facility in a professional and respectful manner that enables the facility to use its resources effectively and efficiently to attain or maintain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being of each resident. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration or related. Two years’ experience as an Administrator of a long‑term care facility. Current State appropriate Nursing Home Administrator License. Excellent organizational, financial, operational and motivational skills.
