Join our Retirement Services Operational Support Team (Tier 2 CS&S) as a subject matter expert in retail and small business retirement solutions. In this role, you will provide specialized guidance on complex product lines—including Traditional, Roth, and Inherited IRAs, as well as SEP, SIMPLE, and individual 401(k) plans. Beyond answering elevated client inquiries, you will directly execute essential account transactions such as distributions, Roth conversions, and tax withholding adjustments. • Elevated Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a Tier 2 specialist delivering expert guidance on complex retail IRAs and small business retirement plans (SEP, SIMPLE, QRP, i401k).

• Transaction Execution: Process high-touch, specialized retirement account requests, including distributions, Roth conversions, and tax withholding updates with high precision.

• Client Engagement & Loyalty: Drive client satisfaction and retention by delivering tailored solutions, clear education, and dedicated problem-solving support.

• Continuous Growth & Collaboration: Work alongside a high-performing operations team that emphasizes peer support, professional development, and process excellence.
