Talent Operations Manager

To enhance the talent acquisition function, the full-time remote Talent Operations Manager will oversee the TA Support team, streamline hiring processes, and leverage analytics to improve operational efficiency and candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Streamline the hiring process from job posting through onboarding while ensuring a positive candidate experience Lead the TA Support team, enforcing SLAs and maintaining compliance with hiring regulations Build and manage dashboards to track hiring metrics and communicate insights to stakeholders Required Qualifications: 6+ years in talent operations, recruiting analytics, or HR technology 2+ years managing recruiting or HR operations teams Expertise in applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms Experience with Power Apps and SharePoint Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
