Robotics Clinical Sr Sales Representative

Zimmer Biomet seeks a senior clinical sales representative to support robotic technology product launches at key customer accounts. The role involves training surgical teams, managing account onboarding, and ensuring customer satisfaction across assigned territories with up to 75% travel.
Responsibilities
- Develop account-specific launch plans for sustainable technology adoption and support
- Lead training pathways for surgeons, staff, and administrators on ROSA system and related technologies
- Partner with Technology Solutions Manager and field service on system installation and staff training
- Support advanced technology upgrades and respond to customer inquiries with timely professional communication
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline preferred
- Minimum 3 years clinical sales experience or 1 year orthopedic joint replacement sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong presentation and demonstration abilities
- Proven track record of achieving sales results
Compensation: $80,000-$120,000 base plus $50,000-$75,000 incentive pay
