Billing Clerk

Job Summary The Billing Clerk compiles data and prepares invoices and bills by performing the following duties. Job Responsibilities Comply with Eco Material Safety Policies and Procedures Process invoices, corrections, and daily basis using shipping manifest Monthly reporting packages - for Utility locations Work closely with shipping, customers service and other plant personnel Regular attendance, timeliness and scheduling flexibility Job Requirements Basic understanding of math, accounting principles Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to solve problems and communicate clearly Provide excellent customer service Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) Excellent math, organizational, time management, and communication abilities High School Diploma or equivalent No prior experience or training required Lift/move/transport items up to 15 pounds Job Compensation The hourly pay rate is $21-$23/hr.
