Client Relationship Manager-Retirment Planning THIS ROLE IS IN PERSON IN Fresno, CA. Position Overview: The Relationship Manager(retirement plans) will be part of the corporate retirement plan team working with business owners and employees. Responsibilities primarily focus on new business development support and employee education. Leads Day-to-day plan management and issue resolution for clients through coordination with service providers in a timely and efficient manner. Assists with Trustee Meetings and participates in finals presentations as Leads employee education and enrollments in person and virtual. Provides plan investment related information and financial education to participants. Client management focused on communication, agreements, product development and problem resolution to guide retention. Coordinates plan conversion and termination Interfaces with service providers regarding processes and procedures and technology for plan sponsors and participants. Reviews client invoices and quarterly Assists team with training and collateral Reports to: Director of Corporate Retirement Planning What you bring: A. or B.S. degree from accredited four-year university; business major preferred. Series 65, CFP or CPA required. AIF and QKA designations preferred. 1-3 Years ERISA qualified retirement plan experience required.
