Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with 2+ years of experience for a night shift acute care position at a Level II trauma teaching hospital.

Details

• Acute care hospital setting with 110 beds and Level II trauma designation
• Works across ICU, MedSurg, NICU, and ER units within the Cardiopulmonary department
• Treats all patient populations, from neonates through adults, including responding to codes
• Uses PB980, EV300, and Airvo respiratory equipment
• Night shift schedule with weekend rotation every other weekend
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience required
• Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy required
• ICU and NICU experience preferred
• WA state license required if applicable
• Must provide Social Security number and date of birth for consideration

Additional Information

• Respond to codes for patients ranging from neonates to adults
• Scrubs required, any color accepted
• Candidates must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered for the travel rate
• Local candidates within 60 miles may be considered at the local rate
• Previous staff employment at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months is not eligible
• Cannot be employed elsewhere on a full-time basis while on assignment
